why in todays islam 1- Amr bil maruf wa nahe anil munkar, 2- Adl are less stressed articles by Ulema. it is some time confusing for a layman like me that every Order of Allah in Quran should be obligatory on Muslims.how ever Ulema only defined 5 pillars of Islam some of those pillars mentioned only once or twice.yet Amr bil maruf and adl are not in the list of pillars? although repeated multiple times in Quran.What is the criteria? why Haquq Allah are more stressed in pillars of Islam and not Haquq Ul Ebad lathough are eqaully stressed in Quran * (for me haquq ul Ebad should be Haquq ul makhlooqat)
